Our Leasing Office Manager, Rachel Rosas, does an Awesome job of providing great service to us residents! Rachel is attentive to our requests and always responds to our emails. She keeps the building secure with a Great security system. And the building is very clean as Rachel hires excellent cleaning staff. I lived in this community for 3 years, until my lease ended in October 2025. The first two years were good, but during the last year the community declined significantly. One of the biggest issues was security. I had 3 packages stolen — two from the mailroom and one directly from my doorstep. When I contacted management to request camera footage, I was told they could not identify the people responsible. That response honestly made me question how secure the building really is. Just wanted to mention that the cleaning crew here at the building do a phenomenal job the club house , bathroom , gym area ext… is immaculate. They deserve to be rewarded for continuous hard work and determination.
