History Established in 1983. Sam Bajalia has spent the last 30 years of his life in the restaurant business. His first job, as a dishwasher, gave him the drive to learn all aspects of the business and he quickly worked his way up to District Manager. Sam's father founded a restaurant in 1983, two blocks from the St Johns River - thus the name: Sam's St. Johns Seafood. In 1987, Sam Jr. headed to Tallahassee to open his first Crystal River Seafood. We are a family owned restaurant with 30 plus years in the business. We are looking for a few great team members to join our team at the Valdosta Location. We are currently accepting applications for the following positions: Line Cooks Dish machine operator's Hosts/cashiers Servers Management We have both full time and part time positions available in all of the above mentioned areas, pay is based upon experience you possess. Applicants must have reliable means transportation well as the ability to work nights and weekends.
