I have lived at Crystal ridge since 2023 at first it was not a bad place to live. When I moved in with my Autistic Son it was a nice community we lived in 2Br townhome rent was reasonable at $1200/ month but every time we refined a year lease rent was innceased $75 each time and if we wanted to do month to month it was rent plus an extra $500/month with was ridiculous so we had to resign now rent is almost $1550/ a month.to we’re rent was not affordable and had to move out. I am updating my review because management’s public reply asking me to email them was clearly just for show. I have sent multiple emails over the last year with zero response. Living here was a nightmare. Our living room flooded, and it took weeks for them to fix it while we lived in the mess. Communication is non-existent; they routinely ignored our calls and gave conflicting info to my roommates. The worst part happened after move-out. I was told over the phone that a cleaning fee would be $100. Instead of a deposit return... read more

SHADY BUSINESS ALERT I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel morally obligated to warn future renters. Many of the issues listed below I experienced were also experienced by other tenants. In addition to the many maintenance problems, unexplained fees were frequently added to my account without clear documentation or communication. Attempts to contact management for clarification were frustrating and usually unsuccessful, as phone calls and emails often went unanswered.
