Spent 6hrs deep cleaning the day before moving in and was harassed by a neighbor exposing himself while leaving for the night. I felt uncomfortable moving in here after that and went to the office the next day to ask for my deposit/first month back and they refused to refund me. I had even filed a police report that night hoping it would help. So I paid them $1000+ to clean a dirty apartment that I never ended up moving into to "break my lease" that never started. I lived at Crystal Ridge for one and a half years, and it was by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. I have so many good things to say about the property, but I would really like to highlight the professionalism and dedication of the staff. Marty was so responsive to any maintenance issues I had, often getting there within a few hours.
