Worst customer service experience or lack of! Waited for staff multiple times with my disable child, both talking to one lady for a long amount of time. Zero acknowledgement of customers, no greeting, not even a “won’t be long”. Decided to wait behind the lady whom the two staff were still gossiping with for another 5minutes until I decided they do not deserve my business and left. Won’t be back don’t waste your time or money here. I have 2nd hand embarrassment for this business and their idea of customer service.
I went to see one of their clairvoyants, Barbara. It was a Christmas present from my daughters. Barbara asked me if I had a partner, if I had kids and how many, what I did for a job. She made me shuffle the tarot pack and did her reading and basically told me the meaning of each card, talking numbers and a whole lot of nothing. She made no reference to me or give any insights.
