After 15+ years of being a customer/member of this water store, today was definitely my last visit there. The water quality there is great. The business practice, not so much. I had a prepaid membership card that I bought back in 2021. Even though there was no expiration date, the owner had the audacity to tell me that the card was no longer valid.
