Apartments, management, and tenants seem to be nice but it has gone really downhill since COVID. Not sure what's going on with the area but there have been several mailbox, carport, and package thefts & break-ins in 2023 alone. Laundry room was broken into for just quarters and mailboxs are getting broken into for several weekends in a row. Residents have not been formally notified about the break-ins at all. It's great coming home from the weekend to see everything wide open. Now I have to make sure I pick up my mail right ... read more

Dont rent from this company, especially on 11730 Florence. On September 29th I turned in my rent the way all tenants are advised to by this company which is in the managers drop box. I confirmed with Elvia that she received my money orders she said yes. She called me later on that same day and stated she didn't receive it. So when checking the status of my money orders on moneygram reflecting someone requested a replacement for my money orders and moneygram wont give me any information about the person or replacement money o... read more
