My siblings and I rented 8345 for a family Vegas gathering. There were a number of challenges. Lets start with the water was on when the first of our group arrived but by the time all of us got in, there was no water. This was at 10:00 p.m. We called the emergency contact number about five or six times before Pete finally called my brother back. Please be careful when renting from this property they are unwilling to cooperate and work with customers on refunds.
Tried to book their Premiere Vacation Villa (property 8345) through Airbnb. Pricing between site and what i was quoted after i inquired about booking the property (per their instruction), was wildly different ($1500 more for a 3 night stay). After responding with confusion in pricing change, I was then told i was required to have 4 night minimum stay (which was no where in the details in the Airbnb listing) which further increased the total price. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing.
We stayed at property 8345 and it was a nice house. That being said, the management company and owners are very unprofessional. Don't expect your deposit back. Make sure you don't listen to them and make sure you was the bedding. They seem to like to charge for bedding and comforters. It literally says, do not wash the bedding. 2 weeks later, they kept my deposit and charged an additional $125 for new bedding. Common theme with them. Also, not allowed to talk to neighbors.
