We went with Crystal pools 5 years ago and it has been a disaster from the beginning. Dave continued to add on costs that "weren't covered in the bid". For example, he charged us 2 hours for a crane use when the crane was done and gone in 45 minutes. I caught him swapping our our heater for a smaller one. He tried to give us a 20 ft pool hose for a 30+ ft pool. The cement work was done by his son and is an absolute disaster. He gave us a too small of a pool pump to run the water.
