Signed a contract in April and the job was completed in August. Was promised that it would be completed by late May. Finished product was done well. However, not without a lot of grief and misunderstanding about what we agreed to. Ally will make up excuses to avoid her shortcomings. The contract is one-sided, everything protects Crystal Pools and NO concessions for the customer. You'd be smart to talk to other customers about their experience.
