I am ashamed, as I've sent so many people here and hadn't left a review! I was about to recommend them again, and realized I needed to share my experience. If you love ponds, or are ready to fall in love with them, stop reading and go visit! You are in for a treat both the store and the people are amazing.
Friendly, knowledgeable and kind. They didn't trump up on information or pricing. Never met people who were so excited to help others with their ponds.
Jacob is phenomenal! He was such a huge help with my stressed koi he answered all my questions, guided me in the right direction to fix the PH balance problem I was having, & even answered my texts after the shop was closed. 10/10 recommend for any koi needs! Thank you so much again for your help!
Really nice, knowledgeable staff. Had several possible solutions to my algae problem and I opted for the natural, barley-based route. And they have some amazing koi.
