I can agree that this property is not a 5-star. But it's by far at least a 4 and one of the nicest community around the area. My mother recently moved in and the staff treated her very well, made her feel super comfortable just like being at home. I really appreciate that feeling wish more communities were like this one. Do not lease here. I don't even know where to start. First of all, these people screw you over. We refused to sign a new lease with them because they wanted to tack on an extra $200 and on top of that another $200 for a month to month option, making our total rent almost $1,800. Sorry, but I'll go live downtown for that price! It seemed relatively quiet living here but lately there's been fights with a bunch of teenagers here at 1am and the cops showed up. I am so discussed by the way I have been treated at this property! The management is completely condescending and unproductive. They refuse to answer the phone and even by email the responses are scares. They behave as if you are to please them and not the other way around. The police were called on me because I told the manager "Patricia" she is hired to be working for me as a resident and not the other way around. Horrible place to live!! We moved in after moving from California because they were the only place that would take a Great Dane. We lived there for 2 years. The staff (seemingly no matter who they hire) are incompetent. They don't communicate with each other or residents. The only one worth anything is Brian the maintenance guy. This establishment allows sex offenders to reside here. I'm offended by the fact that they allow this to happen. These sex offenders are still active. There is one male who talks to the younger teenage girls outside in plain view. Women/Men please watch your daughters/sons. I approached this male fully aware of his status as a sex offender infront of one of his unknowing victims and he acted as if he was some old thug- and motioned like he was shooting at me after my confrontation with him.
