I hate giving low reviews, but I wish I would have known some things about this clinic before I went. It took 3 months to get orthotics. I had to call every single week to see if they had them. Each time, they said they couldn’t find them. When I I finally got the clear that they were in the office, I came in to get them. The office manager still couldn’t find them. Outstanding, Extremely professional and caring!
If I could rate this provider and staff with no stars I would. As a veteran, the VA referred me to Dr Oliviero for a minor procedure. During my 1st appointment, I felt rushed and not heard by this provider. I was hesitant to attend my next appointment but figured I would go. The day before my apt, the staff called to confirm. I asked if my procedure would require recovery time, since I was scheduled to go out of town the following week for work.
