Beware of this money hungry company!!!! They don’t care anything about the tenants. All they care is about money. Apartment wasn’t clean upon move in and actually had 2 weeks to fix their mistakes you’ll think but nope. Constantly ask them. I hate the day I sign my lease with these people. Don’t have a visitor to stop by with a pet b/c they will charge you $500. The maintenance men are nothing but little run back tell a tales. Horrible experience They scammed me out of $1400. Nobody ever answers the phone. They will lie and say your approved and just to take your money and approval back. Dont waste your time or money.
