I'm sorry but I just cant recommend this company. My computer now has more problems than when they strarted with it. I can't find things now. They put on a virus program that my friend that knows computers says is shareware and is not very good. When I tried to have them fix the problems they made they were bullying and demeaning. I will not use them again.
Very Dissatisfied - What a ripe off......Don't be fooled by the website hype!!! I was pleased with the initial service and repair. I was reassured that the problem was fixed and the work had a 3 year warranty. But 4 months later the problem reoccurred so I took it back to have them fix their work and was told that it wasn't covered by their warranty and it would be full charge again.
