I guess moving your best massage therapist and having her extravagantly lie to god knows how many people on her way to New York turned out to be a bad business model. Who knew? Maybe you should put up a CLOSED sign so as not to inconvenience anyone hoping to go there, but that would require that you have CLASS. Since you'll never see any of your clients again, why should you care? Wherever Ching is, I hope she's similarly successful.
If you want a massage go somewhere else, if you want to pay a lot for tipping then its a hokie pokie good time.

Horrible experience!!! Do not come here!! Waste of time and money!! Anna was more worried about what tip I was going to give instead of giving a good hour massage!!! I got tired of trying to tell her to do her job!!! Walked out after 30 minutes!! Will not come back and neither should anyone else!!!
