Brought a pair of pants to them that had a color stain in multiple places. Asked them to please do their best to get the stain out. Came back a week later and they charged me 6.95 and obviously didn’t even try to get the stain out. Just charged me for a washing. Went home and used some vinegar and baking soda and stain came right out. Just upset that they didn’t even try.
This is a great cleaners they do a really nice job and they are such nice people.
Absolutely terrible service!! Super racist! My mom wears a headscarf and she walked in and was completely ignored. People who walked in after were tended to right away. The other customers even told the business that my mother walked in first and they continued to ignore everybody just so they don’t help my mother out. My mom left the store crying! They refused to help her. Please don’t give them your business.
Bundled and tied 11 shirts together. Got so wrinkled that I could not even wear them and had to iron myself. Dropped off a brand new suit to be dry cleaned and the pants hemmed. They charged for the hem and didn't do it. Pants looked terrible. Very nice people but sloppy in their work. Will not ever go back.
They always do a great job on my clothes.
