RecommendedWe had my nieces 15 on september 1, 2018 The ballroom staff was beyond what we expected! Everyone of our guests left satisfied! The staff was reallly friendly and everything came out perfect! Thank you crystal palace ballroom and staff for your great service and the great time we had! Nice place. But its hot as hell in here. Complained about air “nada”. It is soooo hot you can’t wnjoy the wonderful music. The AC puts out nothing but hot air. Horrible horrible. If your planning an event. Better check the AC first. 👎🏾

This hall has had little to no airconditioning and still rents. Back in May 2018 we attended a quinceanera and it was hot, and we just attended a wedding there and it was worse. They open the doors to help but it's like a sauna.
