I recently had an appointment with Dr. Crystal P. Yeldell M.D. and I feel compelled to share my experience. While I appreciate her expertise, I encountered several challenges during our interaction. Dr. Yeldell was very kind and took the time to understand the problems I was having. She was very outgoing and really listened to my concerns. I am a new patient after my employer changed insurance companies. I visited another Kaiser doctor prior, and did not have a good experience. Dr. Yeldell was more than happy to refer me to a trusted specialist and even went over the pharmacy system and online appointment system with me since I haven’t been with Kaiser long. I am genuinely thankful for the care I received.

I was told by dr yeldell that the large hemangioma in my spleen and umbilical hernia will not need to be removed or analyzed. Even though i gave my concerns on it I was ignored and no one has spoke any further with me about it. Very disappointing to know I have to keep this in my body

This so called doctor is very rude. She is not empathetic and her apathetic behavior needs to be addressed. She’s tolerable until you really have a health issue. She really needs to be addressed. I’m dropping her!
