Dr.Hamideh was so nice, attentive and patient with me and made sure to explain everything she was doing and the cause of my issues. I went to her to check out a stye that has not gone away for a while as well as my dry eyes. Her specialized therapy for dry eyes helped even from the first session! Loved her and will definitely be returning!
They misinformed me of when I would be getting my glasses. They were also very pushy when I was picking glasses and weren’t being receptive to what I was asking for. I would recommend just getting your prescription here and ordering glasses from a different source. Reception was rude and unhelpful when I called to inquire about my glasses. She just kept repeating the same things like it was an automated phone call. I informed them I would need them sent to Alaska and they said it would be 1-2 weeks.
