Doc took me in on short notice on a Friday , and was amazing no one’s ever spent that much time and explaining as she did. I don’t have my product yet but if my glasses suck I’ll update

This place was pretty amazing only a few years ago. Professional, while still personable/"busting balls", and got the job done. Great and knowledgeable doctor, as well. Terrible now. I've had bad luck with warranties in garbage frames twice now, but it was only tonight when someone accused me of being a liar, right after I heard him making a bad sales pitch to an elderly dude, that I said good riddance.
