I absolutely trust Dr. Masley with all my health concerns and have recommended her to several people.
After moving to Sacramento I bounced around trying to find a good doctor, so happy I finally found Dr. Masley. She has fantastic bedside manner and really listens to her patients. She has been difficult to get in to see lately, as I've read from other reviews here, she works 3 days a week. I believe she's a Mom of a few young children - I'm sure it's hard to juggle both work and being a Mom.
Wish I could give negative stars. I became sorely disappointed by her performance as a doctor over several month. She is completely AWOL from her practice - she only works three days a week + on her off days doesn't check messages through My Health Online, Sutter's medical messaging system. The majority of my messages to her have been responded to by her so-called medical team who insist that I make an appt for everything including ordering routine tests. It takes many weeks to get an appt.
Only world 3 days a week, extremely difficult to get in to see!
