I wanted to come here and share my most recent experience, I want it to be known that I did come here one other time before this and it was a great experience my first time there and they did a great job, it was a woman nail tech who did my nails the first time, the second time that I came I couldn't even complete my service. I set an appointment for 1 PM, and I arrived at 12:59 PM, they had me sit down and wait because they were not ready to see me, which is fine. I sat down and I waited. I've usually just gotten a solid color when I've gotten my nails done here, so I can't give any input on their designs, but I noticed lifting after only a few days. I wasn't fully satisfied with my service any of the times I've gone, but I don't necessarily have something bad to say about them. Just not my preference to come here anymore.
Crystal Nails is my new go-to! The salon is clean, welcoming, and relaxing. The staff is super friendly and talented — my gel x nails came out perfect. They really pay attention to detail and take their time. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality nail care!
I've been coming here for about 3 years now and would never go anywhere else, I've had my nails done by most of the staff and they are always incredible no matter who it is. Billy does my nails pretty regularly now (I change my nails every two weeks because I'm crazy) and he puts up with all my crazy requests and always pulls them off seamlessly and even better than imagined!
