Been going to see Kaylay at Crystal nails for more than 10 years....she is the best..
I have very bad experience with my nails.my hand nails look very dirty ,nail paint is on cuticles I don’t know what happens to staff (i chose a color they show me and later they put black color as a base and the color i chose it was 4 coats on my fingers ,it was very disappointing right away i went to someone else and they fix my nails .very bad service and language barriers,asked for something and they did something else
Very cluttered and dirty. Use each other's nail file's.
They have done an excellent job. 10/10.
I see Kayla for sculpted nails with gel overlay and I am always happy with my nails. I have been seeing her for 5 years and counting. She is consistent, warmly accommodating, and has exceptional attention to detail which I really appreciate. I refer anyone looking for a nail technician to her. She is a gem. And the pedicure massage chairs are amazing, love those chairs. I always leave feeling great :)
