I used to love this place, but recently I’ve had several frustrating experiences. I make appointments in advance because I only have my lunch hour to get my nails or pedicure done, yet when I arrive, there are already 3 or 4 people waiting ahead of me and I’m told I still have to wait. It defeats the purpose of booking an appointment. On top of that, I overheard the lady booking appointments for customers without even checking the schedule first. It’s become really disappointing compared to how well things used to be run.

Very good experience overall. They were very gentle while we were getting pedicures. We will definitely be back next time we’re in need of a wonderful pedicure! Very nice people and affordable prices.

Went in as a walk in for a full set. I sat down at 12:20 and was done with a French tip acrylic full set in 30 minutes. They are perfect and I will definitely be coming back!

I miss them so much when they go on vacation. Hubby and I love Crystal Nails 💅. They are friendly treat us with kindness. They remember what we like and are quick to assist my hubby with getting his shoes and socks off & on. I've been to a lot of different places all over the state, for pedicures. I have NEVER had a problem with a hangnail or ingrown toenail when I come here to Crystal Nails. Lisa is gentle and thoughtful.
