Do not come to this store!!!! This was my second and last time coming. I asked Lisa to add chrome for my nails and the application was extremely patchy and ugly. I went back to ask her to fix it and she insisted that this is how chrome is done in this salon. When I tried talking to her more about it she started to ignore me. She was incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. She did not offer to help me in any way. I was basically scammed for $70 for such a bad job. I will never come back here again. I went to this spa for menicure & pedicure. I had the best service from the gentleman there. Very professional , neat, clean & polite . Though I had wait for 10 minutes, fornhimnto finish his earlier client and he did apologized for.that. Anyway had good experience here. Will surely recommend this spa.
I have been here twice, first to get biogel nails done with design and second time fill plusfrench tips. Both experiences have been great. First visit was with Lisa (owner) and she did an amazing job:) Second was with Amy and she was also great. She is very particular, precise and quick. Today, I had to go to this salon twice to fix my nails! The manicure and pedicure were not done very neatly, and there was no precision at all. My fingernails are thick, uneven, and the French style lacks any delicacy. The lady who did my toenails told me they were dry and I was good to go — but they actually weren’t dry yet, and most of them got ruined within half an hour. I had to go back again for a fix, and once again they said the polish was dry — but it wasn’t, and it got ruined again within 30 minutes! I was so tired ... read more
