Anyone who has been a regular customer for a year would know that the salon opens at 9:30. They would also understand that walk-ins are indeed accepted but appointments are priority. I would understand a complaint if the manager refused to do a person's nails for no obvious reason but she had an appointment she had to attend to first. I've been going there for years. Been a regular customer for about a year and this morning went to get a fill, cut down and design. First the manager was over 15 minutes late opening the doors and then she met me on the sidewalk telling me I had to come back this afternoon because I did not have an appointment. She did not even let me walk in the salon. Yesterday I heard from another client they were late opening the doors. Their hours are suppose to be 9:20 am opening. I love the Crystal Nail salon. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love the ambiance of the salon. Katrina does my nails and she does an excellent job. I have been to other nail salons and Crystal Nail is THE best.

Doesnt it seem a little suspicious that all the bad reviews are written all in the same day? i cant believe people would swoop to that level to sabotage someones business and notice how the reviews are about the same person over and over again the day after the bad review about one of the former employees. this doesnt seem right to me. if you need more information about this salon from REAL people, find their facebook.

i been going to katrina for years and never had no problems at all. the serviceis just great and the staff is wonderful.THE atmosphere is quiet and soon as you walk in they acknowledge that you are there.i tell all my friends about crystal nail because they are the best.So if you won't great service CRYSTAL NAILS IS THE BEST.
