They usually do a good job, but it’s a hit and a miss. They need to retire some of their old rusty tools, and probably clean them better & they should also maybe remove the Tim Hortons cup that has been under their desk for 3+ years. Ive come here quite a few times over the years. Wednesday i went in for a fill with a friend. Thursday morning i went back for some nails to be fixed. I could still see the previous color on the sides and there was tiny bubbles that had popped and you could see little black spots for some reason. Favorite pedi place. Very consistent and I love that they have different levels of service, I get the luxury pedi, worth it. Staff are incredibly kind and put the extra effort to make sure you have a great experience.
I have been coming to this salon for many, many years. I find the quality of service has decreased, as well as the level of service. Olivia may have been speaking poorly about clients while completing the service.
