BAIT & SWITCH !?! My boyfriend and I went to get pedicures. The lady handed us a pricing menu. $30 for Classic, $40 for Deluxe, & $60 for a 5-in-1 crystal Volcanic spa box (this is important for later as it was not an option we considered bc we didn’t want to spend that much - we did NOT know what this “box” was for when it was handed to us) We agreed to classic ($30) + gel polish ($15) for me. I have been a faithful customer for years because I loved the prices and my simple nail designs with gel polish. I would notice things like if I were being serviced and a white person came in, the two workers would rush to get the white person out before me. So, I would voice my concerns. However, what happened last night really hurt me. I was the only one in the shop, so I was happy to just be there. One lady was doing my pedicure and the other next to me doing my nails.
