I had the best experience there that I have Ay any other salon. Cut and pushed cuticles perfect color full attention to not cutting my fingers up. I had Carly and will most def request her from now on.

Poor service. No one at the counter for 30 minutes! They didn't seem to know what they were doing. Cut my nails down until they bled and would not speak English around me and were obviously talking badly about their customers in front of them. They had no manners! I'll be taking my business elsewhere and so should you!

Been going there for two years great service friendly nail tech never had any complaints frequently recommend to friends and coworkers

My sisters and I had a great experience at Crystal Nails. They were pleasant and professional, the prices were very reasonable, the pedicures were great and they were able to take care of us together. I have already recommended them to friends.

They are amazing...been going there for years...i get nothing but complements on my nails..and they last..I use.them as tools not jewels and they still look great.even after Weeks..

I love the way they did my nails, they stayed on for 3 weeks.. very impressed.. very friendly atmosphere.. but they should have someone at the front desk every time I go in no one is..

I was not impressed AT ALL with the service that I received from Crystal Nails. When I arrived, no one was at the counter. I then asked for a french manicure. They then proceeded to cut my long nails into stubs and ground them down. Then he brought out fake nails (NOT WHAT i ORDERED)! they then DID A BOTCHED JOB of "fixing" them. They seemed unconcerned with their mistake. Then they left me alone for 15min. under the dryer after assuring me only 3 minutes. My nails are stubs and it ruined my night!!
