I was so humiliated in front of people!!! Never in my life thought I think I would be treated the way I was. I am posting this review for my wife who was rudely denied service. She called prior to arriving, asking to be serviced. She arrives to the salon and once the manager notices her, he replies with "Oh, I didnt know it was you" and denies her service. He went on to say "I thought you were someone else". When she asked what he meant by that, he gave no explanation. That sort of response is not acceptable because it should not matter who the individual is. Amazing place! I’m usually not the one to leave many reviews but this place is so welcoming that I had to leave a review before leaving.. so far penny has been awesome. Love the fact she’s a perfectionist love the ways she’s doing my nails. Everyone here are very nice.. I will definitely come back.
