I specifically stated that gel does not stay on my nails and that I wanted French with regular nail polish. Lo and behold, unbeknownst to me, they used gel. I got them done on Friday at 9:00 am and they all came off on Sunday.

This place started out nice and friendly until my wife told the male tech (advised was the owner) that her eye lash extensions were to long. He flipped out and told my wife very rudely to get out of the chair and leave. I intervened and asked what the problem was. He yelled with a strong attitude and says he will not do it again because she did not know what she wanted. I asked him if it was a money issue and he agreed to continue if I paid extra.
