I went in with my daughter today to get her nails done, and there was no other customers in the place. I asked for a one Manicure for me and one pedicure For my daughter. There was three people working and they sat us both down. After I got up from my manicure to get my nails dried, I realized my daughter had been sitting in the pedicure chair the entire time with no one assisting her. First, I asked for nail building gel with out a tip. The tech decided to do a dip instead of what I asked. Charged me 50 dollars and guess what the dipp started lefting one day later and I was cut in the process with a dirty cuticle cutter and now I have a nail fungus. They don't listen, they do what they want instead of being honest enough to tell me that they couldn't do what I asked. service was fine but very unsanitary thought my nails looked good until i got home and saw every single one my cuticles were cut and damaged just about. extreme burning and aswell as dried acrylic is all over my fingers and cuticles. would provide photo but there is no option
