Did not ask if I wanted a cut down just started hacking away at my nails. Then when I say something she didn’t acknowledge my concerns. I brought it up to the owner as well and they offered a 5 dollar off card. Smh never again

My Hubby & I have been coming here for the last month or so and the service and staff have been superb! My hubby Loves Ann’s care for his sensitive toes And I have had a few of the ladies and Brian and each have done Awesome jobs with my feet and manicures! Really beautiful salon also with great staff!
Hannah at Crystal nails is wonderful! She's through and really cares. Her massages are awesome. There are a lot newer places around, but to get consistency and friendly, professional service where you can relax and feel at home, Crystal nails is the place.
