This is the worst nail salon I have ever been to. I knew the reviews were bad but decided to give them a shot because they're located near my house. The person who did my nails seemed to have some sort of pent-up aggression and was just extremely rude. They grossly overcharge compared to other salons. But worst of all it's the UGLIEST my nails have ever looked. I couldn't even believe how they turned out looking nothing like the sample nail at all! I came, I tried, I regretted immensely.
I went here on a whim because it looks pretty decent inside when passing by. I went in the morning when it wasn't busy. The ladies are sweet and the massage was good. The polish job was neat, which is important to me. I think the ratings are not a good representation of the business here.
Popped in with husband to get pedicures noticed The place did not look very clean. Did not want to judge so was walking out as a Lady asked why. I said “you don’t have plastic bags on your pedicure bowls”. She informed me that there were bags. We said OK decided to get the most expensive pedicure. She set a 15 minute timer for a foot massage which I thought was supposed to come with the pedicure. I was in an emergency situation as I was out of town and Linda was able to help me!! I had 2 broken nails and I was able to walk right in at 9am and get help. She understood what I needed and was able to help me quickly so I’m incredibly grateful to her. She was so kind, patient and I appreciate her deeply. It was more expensive than I normally pay in NY but worth it given the circumstances. Thank you, Linda!!
Gave me 4 ingrown toe nails I’ve had to go to podiatrist for. Cant seem to fix them, might have to remove the entire nail.
