Manger was nice and explained pricing for regular polish versus gel. I went with regular polish with a simple design. Unfortunately the nail tech cut me several times. While also leaving some polish on the sides of my fingers. The tech would run her own nail around my own to scrape off what she could see. I asked for a non sparkly black and it dried with sparkle. Over the past few years I have given this place a try for different types of services and was left disappointed. This time was the last straw when I went for a pedicure and they cut 2 of my nails down to the quick. Why oh why my already short nails need to be cut is beyond me but I will NEVER try this place again.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. The nail technician left the nails on one hand noticeably shorter than the other, which is something a professional should catch and correct before finishing the service. When I brought the issue to the attention of the owner/manager, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was told it was my fault because I didn’t specifically ask for both hands to be the same length.
