Over the past few years I have given this place a try for different types of services and was left disappointed. This time was the last straw when I went for a pedicure and they cut 2 of my nails down to the quick. Why oh why my already short nails need to be cut is beyond me but I will NEVER try this place again.
Extremely disappointed with my experience. The nail technician left the nails on one hand noticeably shorter than the other, which is something a professional should catch and correct before finishing the service. When I brought the issue to the attention of the owner/manager, instead of taking responsibility or offering a solution, I was told it was my fault because I didn’t specifically ask for both hands to be the same length. Lee is so sweet and got my nails done just in time with the chrome over the French tip nails! Love them & I will always be a returning client! Lannie did perfect on my acrylic temperature changing cat eye nail color set! It turns white chrome in warmer temperature and fushia in cooler temperature. She is the sweetest there! Love this place so much! 💅🏻
A Lady should never have to debate her nails with any man who works here . The nail bar manager and even the bar tender are just argumentative and unfortunate I have to find another nail shop …. Don’t tell me what works , when I can tell you what works for me , that’s the problem!!!
