I don't know what the previous review is all about. I have been a customer here for nearly 15 years and this is the best nail salon in GR. They do clean their equipment, the previous reviewer didnt see them turn it on because it is always on, not to mention they have multiple sets of utensils. The first Thursday in Dec I got my nails done. My hubby and I had a weekend get away in Chicago. I had Shellac manicure done. It started to peel off by Sunday. Also I question whether they sanitize their equipment. The old lady worker kept putting tools in the sanitizer machine and going back and taking them out without ever turning on the machine. I never went back. Gross
