I made an appointment, didn’t receive the intake paper work until the day of the appointment or so I thought, I completed the intake forms an Hour or so before my appointment time, I joined the call and was left waiting for ten minutes when I called the office they didn’t ask my name or what I was calling for they said I was not going to be seen because I didn’t consent or do my intake forms, when I stated that I had done them that morning because that’s when I had received the email. Left multiple VMs, sent 2-3 Emails, asking for records. No response, no callbacks. They will listen to you up until you pay them and once you move to a new doc, GOOD LUCK getting anything out of this business.

I am eternally greatful to have found Omolara Oloye-Adelusi and this office. She has given me practical yet attainable steps to not only address issues that I am aware of but also those that I hadn't thought about in years. She isn't just trying to medicate her patients but she really is seeking to treat the whole person.

Disappointed, We called to schedule a new patient appointment and it was an absolute mess. The man that answered could have cared less. We stated very clearly what we needed. He could not grasp the idea that we would be a new patient. He never asked for our name and never had any compassion. He only asked for our insurance number and at that point I realized this was not the place for us.
