The worst place. I have never met a doctor who did not show for an appointment or call to let us know. My daughter needs care and the doctor is nowhere to be found, still haven't heard from them. The negligence from this doctor is disgraceful. In reply: Are you kidding me? I sat in that parking lot for 20 mins, called the number 10 times. I also got out of the car and checked every door, all locked. You are lieing, shame on you and shame on you for setting an expectation and not following through. My daughter had a 0900 appointment that this place didn’t bother showing up for, nor did they provide the courtesy of a phone call to let us know they couldn’t make it. Because of this we had to find an alternative center which delayed getting medication. This has caused a tremendous amount of trouble which one would have thought a place like this would have helped solve I strongly advise anyone out there NOT to work with this place. Don’t go here if you want to be seen and want an office that respects your time. My sister had an appointment yesterday, she showed up only to find her appointment had been canceled. No calls, texts, emails or anything letting her know before she drove 45 minutes to be there. She rescheduled for today and sat in the waiting room for an HOUR (after 30 minutes they told her someone would be right with her, obviously a lie) and then after that hour she left. I made an appointment, didn’t receive the intake paper work until the day of the appointment or so I thought, I completed the intake forms an Hour or so before my appointment time, I joined the call and was left waiting for ten minutes when I called the office they didn’t ask my name or what I was calling for they said I was not going to be seen because I didn’t consent or do my intake forms, when I stated that I had done them that morning because that’s when I had received the email.
