I experienced the typical Bait-and-Switch that gives car salesman a bad reputation. I was very clear on the phone with the pricing I was offered by other dealers for a new 2015 Camry XLE lease. I was turning in a 2011 XLE, had an insurance claim for damage in which 100% was paid for all repairs, and had extra miles on my lease that needed to be addressed. Once they make the sale then forget about it. I had the worst customer service experience at Crystal Auto Mall. The contract was incorrect to begin with and no one helped. They told me to speak with Toyota Financial and they told me to speak to the dealership. I filed with the BBB. Crystal Auto Mall employees never answer their phone or call you back except when trying to make the sale. After that, they want to have nothing to do with you.
