Excellent customer service, value and terrazzo restoration.
I highly recommend Thal and Crystal Marble Polishing! We have a 1964 property with original terrazzo floors. The floors had gone through a lot over the years - carpet, no carpet, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, etc. Thal was very honest and upfront about what to expect. My Father’s house was built in 1956, wall to wall terrazzo floors that were never sealed properly. I just happened to see Thal’s van and called the number. He arrived, professionally perused the home, sent a quote and sealed a date. He sent an email 1 week before the start date, with time of arrival and expected date of completion.
