Thai and Miguel were both very professional perfectionist. They revived the porous tile in a shower. They removed old caulking, sanded the floor, sealed the floor with multiple layers and recalked. Cleaned up after themselves and did not ask for payment until job was completed and I was satisfied.

I highly recommend Thal and Crystal Marble Polishing! We have a 1964 property with original terrazzo floors. The floors had gone through a lot over the years - carpet, no carpet, laminate flooring, vinyl flooring, etc. Thal was very honest and upfront about what to expect.
