I stayed with my cousins over at Crystal manor, it is a great apartment, and also a great place to live, really nice people, pool is great for kids and adults during the summer, on top of that great condition and nice basketball court for children to play, I think you would love to live here.
This is a great place to live, and the management is very friendly and helpful. However, the neighborhood has a lot of issues, including frequent car break-ins. Otherwise, this place is very convenient for accessing SeaTac airport and the Tukwila train station.
Great and very phenomenal management team (Josie and Hannah), maintenance guys are awesome. Have been here now for a little over 4yrs. Nothing but positive experience. Please treat your workers right!
