Zero Stars. I made and confirmed my appointment a week in advance. I received 2 notifications that my appointment was being changed. The office was changing them not me. This was definitely a red flag. On the day of my appointment it was changed again without my approval. ( I have all the text messages and history that this occurred) I called the office and a woman with a heavy accent answered. She was a total B****.
