I contacted Crystal and scheduled an appointment for Wednesday at 430. I showed up for my appointment and the door was locked. I attempted to contact her while I was waiting outside the building but no response. A gentleman that worked for a different business in the same building informed me that they had went home early for the day. Noone had contacted me to notify me if any cancellation or to offer to reschedule. I live 45 minutes away, so I spent over an hour and a half driving to and from this appointment for no reason.... read more
Crytal Lao is a professional, experiened therapist. I travel extensively for work and struggle to find quality care. I have had a lot of massage, Crystal is rare. Without much information from me, she rather quickly was able to tell ne what my issues were and the possible behaviors that aggravated them. Crystal is in high demand so if your able to get in to see her...her care is worth the wait! Thanx Crystal..
