@everyone Crystal Landscapes Supplies Inc is a rip off! We took our business to buy wood from them, we will not be back! I called to let them know they over charged me. She proceeded to tell me that I was charged for Oak wood which was incorrect as I got pine wood and my receipt says pinewood. WORST PLACE I HAVE SHOPPED IN MY LIFE!!!! SoN runs the show unprofessionally,rude,yelling at customers. Delivered wrong product and won’t correct it. We spent $3,300 and want a $200 retail fix because they sent the wrong color product. They insist red is brown. I brought samples looked in landscape business yard and proved it and the sOn won’t do anything I’m not colorblind. They lost / sold ? I placed a relatively large order of mulch at 5pm at night to be delivered the following afternoon. By 8am the next morning I asked to cancel that order because I found a place with a smaller truck who could dump that mulch directly in the yard we were working at. Crystal's trucks are big and they would have had to dump the mulch outside of the yard and it would have cost me a fortune to pay workers to bring it into the yard wheelbarrow by wheelbarrow.
