Maybe they know bikes. But I couldnt tell ya since the only time they gave me the time of day was to sell me my bike. Even if every decision they made was correct they will not communicate with you. Two times I was told they would call when my bike was ready. Three days go by i decide to csll since ill be in the area and ... "yes your bike is ready" is the only response given.
