I just got a new bike from here, I went in to get mine fixed and looked at, and than we realized my bike was to small from my height. Everyone who works there knew what they were talking about and how to explain things very well. They also gave me ideas on how to get rid of my old bike. Very friendly and welcoming I will definitely be back. Thank you all
Brought in a 20 year old Trek Mongoose for a rear brake & rear wheel issue. Everyone there was extremely friendly, polite, knowledgeable & immediately went to work to fix the problems I had developed. They took there time to make sure everything was done correctly & explained what had to be fixed, took care of it & charged a very fair price. Crystal Lake Ski and Bike is the BEST!! Not only do they provide great, quality service, yesterday, they selflessly helped a man who was riding his bike on the rim (it was his only transportation) get to the bike shop (sent their own employee with a trailer) and repair it completely-free of charge!!!!
Great service from the folks who have taken over for Tim. Dan was very helpful and we left with my bike in great condition!
I had a wonderful experience with Crystal Lake Ski and Bike and would highly recommend!! The staff here is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and patient! They took the time to listen, answer and explain all of the differences in types and models. They offered to let me test ride several bikes until I found the right one that was most comfortable for me.
