I was treated with care. I suffer from dental anxiety but I didn't have any. The dentist and staff were so nice and helpful. Everything was explained during my visit. Dr. Rempart was so caring and nice. Thank you!

Very professional office both upon entering and exiting the practice.
My family and I have been going to Crystal Lake Dental Arts for over 30 years. Doctor Rempert is very patient and caring. The staff is all wonderful as well. They always recognize us as soon as we walk in the door. Both of my kids have no hesitation to see the dentist and they look forward to their visits. I trust them with my whole families care and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great dental team.
