Don't even get me started it's like the gustopo in leases place is better than some / but meaning cheap rent here is slumb lord living for higher then average rent. Rent should be $400 not $587 and $50 if late 5 days use to be 10 days. There are no activities Here. Recently they took away all benches from deck and around lake. That's so crumbing maintenance doesn't have to work. I bought a home in here and apparently my home was condemned at one time. I was not told that at sale.
