Long time patients I have been seeing Dr. Jim since I was a kid, which was over 20 years ago. He has always taken the time to talk to me and describe exactly what I need and why I need. He has no problems showing you your x-rays or a picture of a tooth and showing you what is wrong with it. When my wife went to Crystal Lake for the first time, she was very happy with Amanda, the lady who cleans teeth. Great Dentist Two days before going on a cruise, I broke my front tooth.Dr. Gaasedelen came into his office on a Saturday to fix it. I'm so grateful for his help.
Auto mechanics are more honest. Any time a dentist tells you that you have more than two cavities get a second opinion.This guy told me I needed five.I went to another dentist and they said my teeth were fine and had no cavities.If this guy needs a new sports car he should get s second job instead of lying to his patients.His staff is rude and unprofessional.Con artist...avoid.
Caring Dentist I have been going to Dr. Jim for many years now. I trust him with my teeth and, accept for cap that was more then 10 years old falling off, have never had any concerns. I truly feel that he and his staff care about me. The girl who cleans my teeth knows me and does a thorough job cleaning my teeth - I have never had such a good cleaning anywere else. The staff members treat you like family and listen to what you have to say. Thanks for all you do.
Great Dentist My husband and I have been going to Dr. Gassedelen now for well over 20 years. He is very gental, and cares about your health, and enjoys his work. The Dental Assistants are very personable and ready for a laugh as well as doing a great job.
