Crystal Lake management runs our HOA in a new community of 76 homes. We just got an email saying our monthly dues are going up 60% starting next month. Horrible thing to do to young families. They take the "private" out of private property. I do not recommend buying a property run by this outfit.
Wish 0 stars was an option. An increase of 60% for our HOA occurred this year. Not sure they realize people factor in an HOA payment when buying their home for their monthly payment. They don’t care. They love to send nasty emails too if people do something they don’t like in their front yard... as minor as grass color slightly off, a sign in their yard, a car in the street for more than a day. Horrible service.
