RecommendedMoved in at the beginning of the year! Can’t say anything Bad. Management got us in fast they are very helpful and caring! Everything is clean! Quite being close to downtown is awesome! As you can take your kids for a nice walk! We love it here!
We have lived here for 4 years and absolutely love it. Management has gone through some changes and many improvements have been made since--we love Lori! She goes above and beyond to offer events and incentives to keep our community looking great. We have a little one and a dog and have always felt safe and at home here. Maintenance is prompt and helpful. All of that in addition to being conveniently located downtown has made it very easy for my family to call Crystal Lake Apartments home.
I have lived here for about 5yrs, the property has gone through many upgrades and improvements over the years. These apts used to have a bad reputation 6+yrs ago, but mgmt has cleaned up and cleared out most if not all of the concerns and problems that used to plagued the community. Other than being pet friendly, each unit having private entrances and being close to downtown and train station, it's definitely a place to call home and I highly recommend it.
