Quiet, and relaxing community to call your home.
It's not bad. I needed a place quickly and I got in pretty quickly. It's not a bad area, neighbors either keep to themselves or are the friendliest people on earth. I didn't really hear my neighbors at all. Overall, it's pretty quiet. Bad judgement call on my part, but being on the 3rd floor seems amazing until it's winter time, you have groceries, or having to move. The laundry situation sucks.
