Rhonda Hannon was always super pleasant to talk to. Oakwood itself sucks. The apartment was okay. I had a refreshed unit when I moved in in 2020 with new appliances and a new bathroom sink. I did have issues with little critters getting into the apartment through the drains. Never had any issues with the tenants, but did have my car broken into once, but it was only through an unlocked door. The leasing agent was extremely helpful and very polite. She was very upbeat and talked very highly of the complex and I'm very excited to hopefully be a future resident one day!
I absolutely love living here, I will be here four years in August. Rhonda has been the best for any issues I have, it’s very peaceful and quiet. I really enjoy living at Crystal Lake!
I used it live here it was nice. Neighbor was chill. The sun is great for houseplants and sadly I had to move. A lot of stink bugs tho. A LOT. The spiders were also huge. The lake was super nice tho.
