I paid for the $11 toughness car wash and after the wash put wax on my brand new car, the car wash quit working. So the wax was not rinsed off with the spotless rinse. I called and talk to a lady and she offered me $1 off my next wash. I do think if your service doesn't work properly, you should probably get a refund or another wash but nope $1 off.
